VoxNotes Service is an Internet-based communications service that allows voice and other forms of communication between devices of all kinds. This includes sending voice messages using Voice-over-IP and traditional telephony, to and from and between smartphones, landline phones, not-so-smart cell phones and computers. Yes, the VoxNotes Service can even be used to send messages from one landline to another.
The VoxNotes App is one of the applications on mobile devices (the others being QuickVox & Contact Send) which make use of the VoxNotes Service to send and receive messages and contacts. The VoxNotes app can also send messages directly via Email without using the VoxNotes Service. The app and the service can be used together or independently of each other.
Certain features of the service are free and others have a small fee. In order to use the paid features of the service, you must Buy pre-paid Credit into your account. Then as you use the paid services, the credit is reduced by the amount of each usage. Unused credit expires 90 days after the last purchase. Credit can be purchased in small increments such as $5 or $10 at a time. A link to our rate sheet is available on the Buy Credit page.
